2. Purpose of the contract

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Domo Suites and the customer (hereinafter, “user” or “customer”) in relation to the contracting of the services offered on this website.

Making a reservation implies full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

3. Contracting process

The user will select the desired service on the website.
Before confirming the reservation, a summary of the order will be displayed with the total price, including applicable taxes and fees.
The purchase is considered formalized when the customer receives the reservation confirmation email.

4. Price and payment methods

All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
Payment can be made using the methods available on the website at the time of booking.
The booking will not be considered complete until payment has been confirmed.

5. Cancellation policy

  1. In case of cancellation one month or more in advance, the amount paid will be refunded minus administrative fees.
  2. In case of cancellation up to one week before the reservation date, a gift voucher may be issued or the date of the service may be changed.
  3. In the event of cancellations less than one week in advance, neither a refund, gift voucher, nor change of dates can be guaranteed. We will try to make the reserved dome available, and if it is occupied by another guest, the solution in point 2 will apply.
  4. Reservations paid for with gift cards are non-refundable.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103 of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the contracting of accommodation services and leisure activities with a specific date or period of execution.

7. Modifications and availability of the service

Domo Suites reserves the right to modify or cancel the service due to force majeure.

In the event of cancellation by the company, the customer shall be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

8. User responsibility

The user agrees to make appropriate use of the facilities and to respect the rules of coexistence and safety.
Domo Suites is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from misuse by the customer.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
For the resolution of any dispute, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer’s domicile or, where applicable, to the out-of-court dispute resolution system established by the consumer authorities.
