Cancellation policy

1. Cancellations one month or more in advance:

   • If the cancellation is made at least one month in advance of the date of the service, the amount paid will be refunded, deducting management fees amounting to approximately 25 €.

2. Cancellations up to one week in advance:

   • If the cancellation is made up to one week before the date of the service, no refund will be made. However, we will offer the possibility of issuing a voucher for the value of the amount paid or changing the date of the service.
