Purpose of the contract<\/h2><p>These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Domo Suites and the customer (hereinafter, \u201cuser\u201d or \u201ccustomer\u201d) in relation to the contracting of the services offered on this website.<\/p><p>Making a reservation implies full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.<\/p><h2>3. Contracting process<\/h2><p>The user will select the desired service on the website.<br>Before confirming the reservation, a summary of the order will be displayed with the total price, including applicable taxes and fees.<br>The purchase is considered formalized when the customer receives the reservation confirmation email.<\/p><h2>4. Price and payment methods<\/h2><p>All prices are quoted in euros (\u20ac) and include applicable taxes.<br>Payment can be made using the methods available on the website at the time of booking.<br>The booking will not be considered complete until payment has been confirmed.<\/p><h2>5. Cancellation policy<\/h2><ol><li>In case of cancellation one month or more in advance, the amount paid will be refunded minus administrative fees.<\/li><li>In case of cancellation up to one week before the reservation date, a gift voucher may be issued or the date of the service may be changed.<\/li><li>In the event of cancellations less than one week in advance, neither a refund, gift voucher, nor change of dates can be guaranteed. Modifications and availability of the service<\/h2><p>Domo Suites reserves the right to modify or cancel the service due to force majeure.<\/p><p>In the event of cancellation by the company, the customer shall be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.<\/p><h2>8. User responsibility<\/h2><p>The user agrees to make appropriate use of the facilities and to respect the rules of coexistence and safety.<br>Domo Suites is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from misuse by the customer.<\/p><h2>9.
